SMS Terms — Project updates by text
Woven SMS is an optional service operated by BYT Management LLC for project conversation updates. Message frequency varies with activity in the conversations you participate in. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choice
In Woven, open Account → Notifications to see your workspace’s texting number. Read the disclosures and send START from your phone to subscribe. Merely saving a phone number, joining a project, or opening the Messages app does not subscribe you. Wait for the subscription confirmation. Consent is not a condition of using Woven or making a purchase.
Stop or get help
Text STOP to the same number to unsubscribe. Text START to subscribe again. Text HELP for support, or email ben@polygondevgroup.com. SMS permission does not opt you into WhatsApp. Your project access is managed separately.
Delivery and privacy
Delivery depends on your carrier and network and is not guaranteed. Do not use SMS for emergencies or as your only source of project information; check Woven for the current record. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Providers that deliver and support the messaging service may process this information to provide it. See our privacy policy.
